To help avoid electrocution in industrial environments, Purple Horn has a range of combination switched sockets with inbuilt RCD protection.
Descriptions:
Purple Horn Combination Switched Sockets with RCD protection enable quick disconnection of power in the case of an emergency and provide motor rated isolation.
A neon is standard on all models to indicate that the RCD is protecting the outlet. If the neon is not illuminated, the RCD has tripped and no power is available from the socket.
Features:
RCD constantly monitors and compares flow in Active and Neutral circuits.
Enable quick disconnection of power in case of emergency.
Provide stand alone protection or multiple protection of socket outlet.
Neon indicates that RCD is protecting outlet.
Internal phase connections between switches and sockets are factory wired.
